Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are €6,95, free for orders over €100. We ship every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. As soon as your bag is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a Track & Trace link.
SHIPPING TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Shipping to EU countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium costs €20. We ship every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. As soon as your bag is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a Track & Trace link.
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return your order.
To register your return, simply email us at info@lakitan.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, or use the button at the bottom of this page.
Your order includes a return label and return instructions, so everything you need is already in your package. Please note that the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all accompanying accessories. We recommend using the original packaging where possible. No longer have it? No problem. Just make sure the item is carefully and securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount within 5 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
